Here’s everything you need to know.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom-embroidered pieces take just a bit longer — typically 5–7 business days — since each one is stitched in-house with intention and care.
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey home.
Please note: carrier delays may occasionally happen during busy seasons or weather events. Thank you for your patience and understanding if that ever affects your order.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, just send us a quick email — we’re always happy to help.
If your package hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make adjustments. If it’s already on its way, we’ll still do our best to guide you toward the most helpful next step.
Returns
Because our pieces are produced in small batches — and many include personalization — all sales are final.
This helps us reduce waste, work intentionally, and keep our small-batch model sustainable.
That said, we care deeply about your experience.
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or simply not as expected, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We’ll take it from there and make things right.
Exchanges
We’re not able to offer exchanges at this time due to the nature of our small-batch process.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect
We’re so sorry — that’s never what we want for you.
Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your package and include your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll handle everything from there and work on a resolution.
If your package says “delivered” but you can’t find it
Don’t worry — this is surprisingly common. Before reaching out, we kindly suggest:
Checking with neighbors or anyone in your household
Looking around alternate drop-off spots (porch, mailroom, side door)
Giving your local carrier a quick call — they often have the most accurate info
If your package still doesn’t appear within a short window, please contact us. We’ll help investigate and support you however we can.
