Do you offer custom embroidery?

Yes — it’s one of our favorite parts of what we do.
If you’d like initials, an icon, or a special design, you can place a request through The Pocket Custom Studio. We’ll guide you through selecting thread colors, placement, and details.

Will sold-out pieces ever return?

Some will — others stay part of a single season.
Because we work in small seasonal batches, certain colors or icons may return as part of a new drop, while others remain limited. This is why we always recommend purchasing a piece you love while it’s available.

If something you had your eye on is sold out, reach out and let us know — we truly love hearing customer favorites.
You can also always explore custom embroidery crafted just for you.

Future drops always bring new ideas, and little luxuries we’re sure you’ll love.

When will my order ship?

We know how exciting it is to receive something special in the mail, so we do our best to get your order out quickly.

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom pieces may take a little longer (typically 5–7 business days) since each one is embroidered intentionally, in-house.

You’ll receive tracking the moment your package heads your way. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How should I care for my embroidered items?

Your pieces are designed to be used and loved, and caring for them gently will help them last beautifully.

Here are our recommendations:
Spot clean whenever possible to preserve the embroidery.
If a deeper clean is needed, hand wash gently with cold water and a mild detergent.
Lay flat or hang to dry — never use high heat, as it can damage the stitching.
Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, and rough scrubbing to maintain the integrity of the fabric and thread.

A little care keeps your piece looking cute for a long time.

Can I make changes to my order?

If your order hasn’t been embroidered or shipped yet, we’ll always try our best to help. Just reach out to shop@frompocket.com as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you need.

Once a piece has been stitched or handed off to the carrier, we’re unable to make adjustments — but don’t hesitate to ask and we will do our best to help.

What is your return policy?

Because our pieces are produced in small batches — and many include personalization — all sales are final.

That said, your experience truly matters to us. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite right, please let us know.
We’ll always do what we can to make it right with kindness and care.

Do you offer bulk, bridal, or event embroidery?

Yes — and we would be honored to be part of your special moment. We thoughtfully create embroidered pieces for:

  • bridal parties & wedding welcome bags
  • corporate gifting & holiday moments
  • brand activations & influencer events
  • launch parties, retreats, and gatherings
  • baby showers & milestone celebrations

We also offer on-site live embroidery, which adds a personal, unforgettable touch to events of all kinds.
